Returns can be made within 15 days of receipt of your order if you are unsatisfied with the product. You will assume the cost of shipping for a return, however there is no restocking fee if the product is received in the same condition it was sent to you (in original packaging). If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you were shipped an item other than what you purchased, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receipt so we can exchange the item at no cost to you.
In order for us to process a return, you must attain a return authorization number. Please do not just refuse a package or send it back without a return authorization number, as this will delay your refund, and you may not receive full reimbursement.
