Our Trade and Wholesale business is conducted on our web site. The service operates in exactly the same way as the retail site and stocks exactly the same products and uses the same product codes. The only difference for our Trade & Wholesale customers is that all product prices will reflect the relevant product trade price at basket review and checkout stage when you are logged into your account.
In order to become a Trade Customer you must first supply us with the information listed below. Without this information, we are unable to process your application further.
- Your registered name/business name
- Your website URL (if you have one)
- Your full address/phone number
- A brief overview of your business and anticipated purchase volume
Once you have been assigned a Trade & Wholesale account, you will be able to access our products at Trade & Wholesale prices.
Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer credit facilities.
All orders are final, non-returnable (unless faulty or damaged) and must be paid via Credit / Debit card for orders placed online, or via wire bank transfer or personal / business check for orders placed by any other means. Our minimum order value for Trade & Wholesale purchases is $200.
